Questions
Do I need an account to search?
No. The directory is open to browse. A free account unlocks full profiles with contact details and lets you send quote requests.
What counts as a quote request?
A request sent to a supplier from its profile, or an inquiry on a surplus listing. Free accounts get three per month combined; Pro is unlimited.
Is my company already in the database?
Probably. Search for it, then claim it from the profile page to take over the listing. If it is missing, create a supplier account and add it for free.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the Account tab in the app. Yearly plans are billed up front and run for twelve months.
